Data Center Backup:
Backup through internet from one place to another place ( ex. From Taipei headquarter to Kaohsiung branch office). The advantage by doing this can avoid data loss simultaneously in same place owing to natural disasters.
The backup principles for companies & enterprises:
RAID: Not recommend to create only one set of RAID 5 for several HDDs. It is better way is to create several sets of RAID as per different departments (ex. To create 2 sets of RAID 5 for 6 HDDs).
Partition: Create only one partition on HDD is risky. Recommend to create several partitions such as partition one to store Windows+AP, and to store other data in partition two or three.

LAN: Build up each specific folder with user's name on server by Win2000, Linux tool. Limit the available capacity and access authority. Also integrate public data at client end to Logical Drive for important data storing. Thus, all important data of each user will be gathering stored in server for Administrators to manage the backup process.
The maintained person should also be included in the system management. It needs appointed person to maintain the Backup system no matter it costs. The person should take responsibility of personal maintain checking daily without counting at its automaticity fully. The random test of restoring the backup data to see if the operation still in normal condition is also required.
