Why can't you list the pricing structure first? |

The applicable evaluation fee is base on the damage level, but not the volume of files. Using the most common damage of the hard drive “noise” as an example, there two hard drives are same volume, model, and data, but the scratched, noised, or critical damaged one will cost more than another. Most clients are not able to determine the damage details of a virus infection hard drive; therefore, it is difficult to list a pricing model ahead.
Now, there are some inexperienced service providers using the unreliable pricing list to attract the customers. However, LINWEI always insist on using the same mode of evaluation of the United States Data Recovery Services Process which is fairer and more reliable.

How come LINWEI evaluate the data recovery by the damaged degree of hard drive but not the data volume? |

For two hard drives in the same volume, model, and data, the recovered process will be different when the damage level is not the same. For example, if the PCBA failed, it only needs to change a new PCBA, and the data should be 100% recovered easily. However, if the media defected, it needs to process more than 2 days in the Clean Room, but not 100% guarantee the successful. Same as the virus infection status. Therefore, it is unreasonable if evaluate it by the volume of hard drive.

I have heard some personal studios that they also have the “Clean Room” and “facilities,” but it charges from NTD 3,000? |

Those personal studios only have untrained engineer and unprofessional skill of “data recovery.” You will put your valuable data at a high risk if you attempt to send your hard drive to an unsecured and inexperienced service provider. |

Can I send the hard drive to the personal studio before LINWEI? |
 |
Negative. For the reason of protecting the other client's valued data, we are not able to accept the contaminated hard drive which has been to the any other service provider. Also, recover a hard drive or RAID without an experienced data recovery specialist can put your critical data at further risk. |

How can I have your data recovery service if I'm from south of Taiwan ? |

Delivery it in person is strongly recommended, however, it depends on your convenience, for example, those clients who are from middle, south of Taiwan, HK, mainland China, or foreign that you could send it by Express Delivery. We will mail you the file list after the successful recovery. Please make an appointment to check your data before acceptance; of course you also can check it through the phone with our assistant. |
