- For avoiding the further damaged of client's hard drive and protecting the media from contamination, all the processing action will only be taken inside the Clean Room. The damaged hard drive is still rewritable sometimes, so in case for any accidental rewrite actions, please set all of “Adapt” to be “Write Protect” no matter IDE BUS or SCSI BUS.
- Steps of the inspection: 1) change the new PCB layout to make the Spindle Motor unable to startup. 2) open the top cover 3) steady the read/write head to avoid it to seek and scratch the surface of the media 4) measure each “Check Pins” using by oscilloscopes. 5) quotation will be available when the condition of the hard drive damage can be controlled.
- After received the client's approved, it will be process the Read Block action by the professional facility. During this procedure, if there is “Defect” on the media, the “Offset” command will be sent to continue the Read Block action until the last Block on the media is being read.
- All the normal Blocks will be processed by senior engineers who are specializing in each operating system (e.g. Windows 95/98, XP, ME, 2000, Novell, Linux, FreeBSD, MAC OS, and Raid) using the original code with the Hex Code tool, which is developed by LINWEI, to restore the data into FAT or NTFS files.

In general, no matter how damaged the hard drive is, most of the data can be recovered if the surface of media has not been seriously scratched. For those cases of the normal hard drive which is unable to read, such as the virus infection, partition lost, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and Novell system crashed, there is still 98% success if the original files are still exist but have not been overwritten.

- Misuse in Recovery CD leading to the original Data being destroyed
- Novell Volumes Can't Mount
- The DYNAMIC HARD DISK of Win2000 is damaged
- Wrong placement of RAID Hard Disks
- RAID Rebuild Failure
- Office File damaged: Outlook <*.pst>, Word <*.doc>, Excel <*.xls>, PowerPoint <*.ppt> etc.
- Database File damaged: *.DBF, *.MDB, *.SQL damaged or other unknown reasons.
To assure the confidential data of the military, public organizations, and financial associations, will not be leaked; the recovered data will be protected securely.
