Please label all the hard drive in order, and send all the requirements in person (recommended) or by express delivery with your host computer including RAID Card and Drive CDs.

Delivery Process


	2-4 working days needed for RAID inspection; it depends on the degree of damage.


	The evaluation fee will be available when the test report shows that the hard drive may be able to recover. Oppositely, we will return the original hard drive if the test report shows that the damage is too serous to recover. ( Pricing Structure of RAID )


	Approximately 3-5 working days needed to recover the data what has been assigned by client after received the user/client's approval.


	No charge if failed in recovered the folders/files you assigned. Mail client the file list after the successful recovery. As the following:


	Verification is base on checking the previous files and folders which assigned by client. Client could either check it personally or through the phone.


	Payment's type: Cash/Check/Credit card/ATM/Wire Transfer
